(On-going) Eco Retreat Long An is a 220-hectare ecological township developed by Ecopark just 18 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City and serving as a gateway to the Mekong Delta. With ultra-low residential density (around 19.5%), it features 121 hectares of greenery and 23 hectares of water. The project includes clubhouses, villas, apartments, wellness zones, pools, schools, and retail, all integrated into a smart, green-living community.
