It’s part of a broader 83-hectare eco-tourism complex developed by Alphanam in partnership with InterContinental Hotels Group, under the theme of “green tourism”. The project includes approximately 200 residences and villas, and aims to blend high-end hospitality with local cultural and environmental integration.
